Terms and Conditions: - Pitch bookings are subject to availability and are made on a first come,
first served basis. Pitches will only be allocated upon receipt of both
the booking request form and a non-returnable payment.
- *Please ensure you provide an email address in order that your booking
can be confirmed by this method.
- Please ensure that the number of pitches booked is sufficient for your
items. All tables are placed side by side with a small space in between
for access. Items may be placed underneath the table but not in front as
aisles must be kept clear of obstructions at all times.
- At all times upon entering White Hart Barn [Godstone Village Hall], you
will ensure that your Pitch and property are in a condition that is safe for
all persons who may come into contact with it. All goods or services sold
at the event should conform to current trading standards legislation.
- Food stalls are not allowed to trade at White Hart Barn without prior agreement - please specify in Table Space Booking Request under 'Type of goods to be sold'
- On sale day, sellers may come to the hall from 8am onwards to set up
their pitch. Sellers must remain in the Hall until the end of the selling
period at 12:30pm and clear their pitch by 1:15pm on the day of the sale.
All belongings, rubbish, etc must be removed by the seller. Seller is
responsible for the repair or replacement of any damages to any part of the
property, fixtures, fittings & all of its contents e.g. table & chairs
etc.
- All personal possessions, coats, bags etc are left in the Hall at the
Owners risk.
- Where a seller withdraws from the sale or cancels the space reserved for
him/her for any reason, all fees paid shall be forfeited and we reserve the
right to re-let the space.
